If needed, we can often setup your specific configuration, in very short order, helping to answer your questions or solve any issues. We have a fleet of hardware and all versions of software at our disposal.
Many facilities require yearly calibration and recertification of the Pacific Instruments conditioning and acquisition hardware. We offer a flat rate service on most products that often includes any component changes that might be necessary to make the card function like new. We offer flexible levels of urgency in calibration services to ensure any equipment downtime is predictable and controlled. Our larger customers have opted to purchase our ACS Calibration Systems, the exact same system we use to test and calibrate the hardware at our factory in California. This allows those facilities to maintain the hardware themselves, helping to manage calibration cycles and long term maintenance costs. If you feel there are issues with your Pacific Instruments hardware that may require repair, we encourage you to email TechRequest@pacificinstruments.com or call 925.827.9010 and discuss those concerns with us. A hardware specialist will be happy to help troubleshoot any issues and help determine if the hardware should come back for repair or calibration. We offer flexible levels of urgency in repair services to ensure any equipment downtime is predictable and controlled.
